Wonderful to have each of you joining us. We aim to create fresh energy within the space and within the body. This meditation can move with you into the fallowing days to help frequencies remain high and our minds clear. Thank you for being apart of the planetary progress.

• No need to arrive early for we have a comfortable for everyone.
What to bring: eye mask, small pillow, thin blanket.
