enterSTELLAR Sound Bath - May 21st
enterSTELLAR is a meditative environment from the moment we enter the space. We all are there to detach from the outside noise, vibrational clutter and reboot the high frequency energy we carry with us into the fallowing days. enterSTELLAR leaves the first 30 minutes, while people are getting settled, to quiet the mind and prepare for the sound bath. As entering the space, everyone will have this time to quietly focus on their personal intentions and prepare for the hour ahead. We hold time after the sound bath to then reconnect with one another.
• No need to arrive early for we have a comfortable for everyone.
• Please be prepared to show your reservation at the door.
• Dress in your most comfortable attire.
What to bring: eye mask, small pillow, thin blanket.
